Instead of showing their entrepreneurial qualities: being able to come to an agreement with the leadership, put forward some proposals, and receive encouragement and promotions for this, they only murmur and incite the people to revolt. After all, any negotiations involve mutual concessions and offers. And if you want more money, what do you want in return? What do you propose to do for this? And just to demand is kindergarten. The fact that protest actions and workers' uprisings are being demonstrated and promoted today does not yet confirm the correctness of this approach.
